My refund dispute dragged on way longer than it should have. Support kept going back and forth, and even now I don’t feel like it’s really been resolved. My gut says this should’ve been handled much more smoothly.

I tried using the menus and they barely worked for me. Sometimes they’d open, sometimes they wouldn’t, and it made the whole thing feel harder than it probably is. Maybe it’s just my phone acting up, but if the menus don’t work right, then the rest of it basically feels broken too

I tried using the responsible gambling tools, but they didn’t give me much confidence. The limits were kind of confusing to set up, and the self-exclusion felt way too easy to reverse. When you’re trying to avoid losing more money, you really need those controls to be solid and hard to undo in the moment. I’d rather miss out on playing for a while than risk slipping back and losing more than I planned.

I liked the idea of opening cases and it can be entertaining at first, but the prices felt too high for what you usually get back. The rewards didn’t feel very satisfying most of the time, so it was hard to feel like it was worth continuing. There’s potential here, but the balance between cost and rewards could definitely be better.

Some buttons also just didn’t respond on the first tap, so I’d tap, wait, tap again, refresh, and then wait some more. It got annoying really fast. Maybe it runs better on a PC, but on mobile it felt slow, clunky, and just not very smooth.

I got impatient fast because the whole thing just didn’t feel trustworthy to me. The security seemed kind of sketchy, and I wasn’t about to sit around trying to convince myself it was fine.

I was hoping it would feel more welcoming or engaging, but right now it’s mostly been boring for me.

I’ve used similar services before where deposits usually show up quickly, so this felt frustrating. My deposit took way longer than I expected, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really do much to help or explain what was going on. Overall, not the smoothest experience.

Site looks decent, but DropZone just isn’t usable from my country. Pages load weird, stuff’s blocked, and there’s barely any info why. Signed up for nothing, basically. Maybe fine elsewhere, but for me it was a waste of time

I was hoping for a little more variety, especially since my friends and I usually like trying out different games when we hang out. But this felt like the same games over and over, and the case selection was weak. I lost interest way faster than I expected.
